Job summary

Evolution Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex site projects from inception to completion.

You will ensure drawings, specifications and schedules are followed while coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to keep the project on track. You will monitor budgets, safety compliance and quality, supervise daily activities, review progress, and drive timely decisions to minimise delays and costs across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in construction project management, site supervision and coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specs and documents.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials and site operations.
• Familiarity with scheduling, manpower planning, cost control and quality management.
• Knowledge of workplace safety requirements and construction regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Proven ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site workers.
• Demonstrates responsibility, professionalism and ability to work independently.
• Overseas project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure work follows drawings, specs and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel for smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, material usage and costs.
• Ensure works comply with approved plans, regulations and safety requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and compliance.
• Identify issues and coordinate corrective actions to minimise delays and costs.
• Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports and method statements.
• Manage site manpower, equipment, materials and subcontractors to meet targets.
• Implement safety measures and ensure PPE usage.
• Coordinate with parties to resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress, cost, quality and safety updates.
• Monitor expenditure and assist in budget planning and cost management.
• Maintain safe, organized and efficient construction site.
• Carry out other construction management duties as assigned.
