Job summary

EM Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Construction) to oversee field teams on site in Singapore. You will ensure quality and safety standards are observed while steering projects to successful, on-time completion and controlled costs.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and vendors, lead the project team, allocate resources, and prepare comprehensive progress and safety reports. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a technical discipline with PM exposure or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and MS Project.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project activities on site ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Ensure timely delivery, monitor budget and cost control per contract.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, progress claims, safety reports and procurement materials.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, management, supply chain, vendors and sub-contractors.
• Lead the project team in execution, plan resources and monitor progress against plan.
• Conduct site surveys and manage documentation and external communications.
• Attend site meetings and update stakeholders on project progress.
