Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognized by Singapore PE Board.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating across teams.
• Technical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage construction execution to meet project timelines and specifications from site preparation through build-out
• Align construction, installation, and assembly of components, equipment, and systems with approved plans and drawings
• Prepare timely construction progress reports addressing contract terms on cost, quality, and schedule
• Document and track action items and follow-ups from project meetings to ensure resolution
• Liaise with clients for site inspections, submit technical reports, and maintain comprehensive site records
• Drive and enforce safety and sustainability practices throughout construction activities
• Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and construction crews to facilitate smooth project delivery
