Job summary

LF DEVELOPMENTS PTE. LTD. seeks a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from site prep to build-out, ensuring alignment with timelines, specs, and design plans while prioritizing safety and sustainability.

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, prepare progress reports, liaise with clients for site inspections, and maintain comprehensive site records to support timely delivery. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognized by Singapore PE Board.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating across teams.
• Technical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.

• Manage construction execution to meet project timelines and specifications from site preparation through build-out
• Align construction, installation, and assembly of components, equipment, and systems with approved plans and drawings
• Prepare timely construction progress reports addressing contract terms on cost, quality, and schedule
• Document and track action items and follow-ups from project meetings to ensure resolution
• Liaise with clients for site inspections, submit technical reports, and maintain comprehensive site records
• Drive and enforce safety and sustainability practices throughout construction activities
• Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and construction crews to facilitate smooth project delivery
