Job summary

AN FU PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a site management professional to plan, implement and monitor the site work schedule. The role involves coordinating activities related to technical development, scheduling, resolving technical problems, quality assurance, testing and inspection.

You will check working drawings, identify discrepancies for resolution, settle disputes during execution, and handle design, material requisition, cost control, supervision and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Planning, implementing and monitoring site work schedule.
• Coordination the activities concerned with technical development, scheduling, resolving technical problems, quality assurance, testing and inspection.
• Check working drawing, identify discrepancy for resolution.
• Settlement of project disputes during execution of project.
• Carry out design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Handle technical and engineering problems.
• Plan and execute work schedule based on contract schedule.
• Coordinate and control construction works on site.
• Evaluate subcontractors risk assessment, safe work procedures and method statements.
• Review subcontractors/supplier performance after completion works.
