Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in construction.
• Knowledge of building regulations and safety standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements, specifications, and client expectations.
• Review drawings, authority requirements, tender specs, and contract docs.
• Plan, schedule, and track progress to meet timelines.
• Inspect site installations for compliance with drawings and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections for safety and quality.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Prepare project schedules and progress reports using MS Project.
• Enforce QA/QC procedures and maintain project documentation.
• Attend site meetings and support management as needed.
• Work six days per week as required.
