Job summary

VINA SPECIALIST PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to support site activities in Singapore. You will coordinate daily project tasks, maintain documentation, and attend site meetings to keep timelines on track.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers, monitor progress against schedules, and assist the Project Manager with reporting while ensuring health and safety standards on site. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in project co-ordination or similar administrative role in construction.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; other languages are a plus.
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation and records.
• Knowledge of construction processes and project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinating daily project activities and ensuring all team members are aligned with project objectives and timelines.
• Maintaining project documentation, including drawings, specifications, permits, and correspondence.
• Scheduling and attending site meetings.
• Liaising between site teams, clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and timely issue resolution.
• Monitoring project progress against schedules and identifying potential delays or risks.
• Supporting the Project Manager with administrative tasks and project reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
