Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd in Woodlands is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in construction and design-build projects. You will manage documentation and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects on track.

The role offers up to 2800 SGD monthly plus variable bonus. O level or above and at least 1 year of relevant experience are required; responsibilities include procurement support, site coordination and administrative duties under

Qualifications

• Maintain and manage project documentation, records, correspondence and document control.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams on project matters.
• Arrange project and site meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Update project schedules, progress trackers, status reports and handover documentation.
• Assist with procurement, quotation comparisons, purchase orders and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, deliveries and site requirements.
• Prepare project-related emails, letters, reports and submissions.
• Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and project team, and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
