DIAMOND GLASS ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD is seeking a proactive Procurement Executive to join our construction team in Singapore.

You will source, purchase, and coordinate timely delivery of construction materials, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and compliance with company policies. The role requires close collaboration with project managers, site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to support successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in procurement or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations and cost reports.
• Coordinate procurement with project managers and site teams.
• Monitor inventory and plan purchases to avoid shortages.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier contracts.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
