Job summary

UNITED PERSONNEL SERVICES is seeking a procurement professional in Singapore to manage material purchases for multiple projects. You will maintain records of purchases, monitor assets, and assist in inventory control while ensuring supplier evaluation and MSDS compliance.

The role requires 2–3 years of procurement experience in construction, good integrity, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Singaporean candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• GCE O/A Levels, Nitec / Diploma in Engineering / Supply Chain Management.
• 2 to 3 years of procurement experience preferably within construction industry
• Positive work attitude and high level of integrity is essential
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Singaporean only need apply

Responsibilities

• To procure materials or tools raised in the material requisition form.
• Keep record of all materials purchased for all projects.
• Maintain plant and machinery rental list and repair record.
• Monitor and assist in asset/inventory management.
• Evaluate and maintain approved list of suppliers.
• Obtain MSDS for chemical procured and submit to safety department.
• Obtain Green Mark Certificate from suppliers.
