Job summary

Commonwealth Glasteelum in Singapore is seeking a capable Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategies for construction services, promote products and raise brand awareness. You will identify opportunities, conduct market research and engage stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years in marketing in construction/building materials, strong communication and CRM skills, and the ability to travel for client meetings when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the construction, building materials or architectural industry.
• Good knowledge of marketing strategies, market research, customer relationship management and business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to identify business opportunities and develop effective marketing plans to expand the company's customer base.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
• Good organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel locally for client meetings, site visits and business development activities when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's construction services, products and brand awareness.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, developers, main contractors, consultants and business partners.
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, competitors and customer requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to generate new sales opportunities.
• Prepare marketing proposals, presentations, quotations and promotional materials for construction projects.
• Coordinate with the sales, project and technical teams to develop marketing plans and support business development activities.
• Manage the company's website, digital marketing platforms, social media accounts and other promotional channels.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, trade exhibitions and industry functions to promote the company's products and services.
• Monitor marketing performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements to achieve business objectives.
• Perform other marketing and business development duties as assigned by management.
