Job summary

BAYES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior civil/structural and M&E interfaces coordinator for a tunneling project in the West region of Singapore. You will manage all coordination works across civil, structural, architectural and SWCs, and lead meetings with SWC contractors.

You will coordinate with authorities for design approvals and work permissions, ensuring smooth interfaces during design and construction. 5.5-day work week and site-based responsibilities apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with a recognized Engineering Degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing Civil & Structure, Architectural and/or E&M Building Services works for projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Experienced in managing interfaces for design and construction of transit projects; understanding the design and approval process as well as TFP/TOP process.
• Able to work 5.5 days per week.
• Project location is in the West area.

• Responsible for and manage and take charge of all coordination works of civil & structural, architectural & SWCs, interface [civil/structural, architectural and E&M installation, utility diversions.
• Coordination with the relevant authorities for design approval and work permission.
• Lead meetings and coordination with SWC contractors.

REQUIREMENT(E.g. Qualifications, Certifications, Experience) :

• Must have minimum 8 years of engineering experience with a recognized Engineering Degree, and or related Civil Engineering degree discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing Civil & Structure, Architectural and/or E&M Building Services works for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work.
• Experienced in managing interfaces for design and construction of transit projects; having full understanding of the design and approval process as well as TFP/TOP process.
• Able to work 5.5 days work week.
• Project location is in the West area
