The role requires coordinating engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, reviewing drawings, maintaining schedules and resources, and liaising with clients and authorities to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years of building or civil construction experience.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction activities to meet project milestones.
• Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Manage site personnel including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
