TPC SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to oversee the MICRON project at 18 Attap Valley Road, Singapore 759910.

You will manage site activities, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance on this complex project. Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering, or project management.
  • Prior experience managing construction sites and subcontractors is preferred.
  • Experience in semiconductor, industrial, cleanroom, M&E, piping, or process-related projects will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, site coordination, project scheduling, and safety requirements.
  • Able to read and understand construction drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.
  • Good leadership, planning, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities and priorities.
  • Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and WSH requirements will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or other project management software will be an advantage.

  • Attend project meetings, site meetings, and coordination meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Identify and resolve site issues, technical problems, and construction-related challenges in a timely manner.
  • Monitor construction schedules and implement recovery plans where required to avoid project delays.
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements, company safety procedures, and relevant Singapore regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards and workmanship requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams on technical matters, drawings, RFIs, submissions, and site modifications.
  • Ensure proper documentation, progress reports, site records, and project-related reports are maintained.
  • Manage testing, commissioning, inspections, handover, and rectification works where applicable.
  • Perform other project-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction activities for our MICRON project.
