The role focuses on site coordination, progress monitoring, technical support, and project documentation while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of site engineering experience, can read drawings, and communicates effectively.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering is required.
• 2–3 years of relevant site engineering or construction experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in semiconductor or industrial projects is a plus.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Site Engineer with 2-3 years of relevant working experience to support our project operations at the MICRON project site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for site coordination, work progress monitoring, technical support, documentation, and coordination with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily site activities.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Assist in resolving technical and site coordination issues.
• Review engineering drawings and related project documents.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor work quality.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Attend site and coordination meetings when required.
• Ensure site works comply with safety requirements and client standards.
• Support testing, inspection, handover, and project completion activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in site engineering, construction, M&E, semiconductor, or related industries.
• Relevant site coordination experience is preferred.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and within a project team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in semiconductor or industrial projects will be an advantage.
