Job summary

MAPLE REALITY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee site construction from planning to completion, ensuring safety and quality while coordinating contractors and site staff.

The ideal candidate has a recognized Civil Engineering degree, at least five years' local construction experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail to deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and creating schedules and project timelines.
• Overseeing and directing construction works from conception to completion
• Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
• Track deliverables, control subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedule, safety and quality objectives.
• Planning of housekeeping by coordinating responsibilities of site engineers / site supervisors and sub-contractors
