Job summary

STARLAND CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a Civil Engineering professional to assist in planning and controlling construction projects from concept through completion. The role emphasizes strong leadership, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail to maintain safety and quality standards on-site.

The ideal candidate will have a recognized Civil Engineering degree with at least five years of local construction experience and will coordinate multiple subcontractors and site engineers

Responsibilities

• Planning schedules and project timelines.
• Overseeing and directing construction works from conception to completion.
• Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality construction standards and proper construction techniques.
• Track deliverables, control subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedule, safety and quality objectives.
• Plan housekeeping by coordinating site engineers / site supervisors and sub-contractors.
