max safe solutions pte. ltd. seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of complex projects across Singapore.

You will lead a team of project managers, engineers and support staff, coordinating with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in construction project management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid track record on large-scale

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management recognized by PEB Board or acceptable by the Commissioner of Building Control.
• Masters' degree in a related field are an advantage as well.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects or in managing projects or vendor management.
• Proven track record of success in managing large-scale MRT projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes and best practices.
• Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Candidates possessing PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
