Koh Brothers Group of Companies in Singapore seeks an experienced Construction Manager to oversee building projects, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality compliance at Lorong Halus.

You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, review methods, and drive continuous improvement from planning through completion, bringing PE-certified Civil Engineer with 8–10 years of experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; PE certification recognized by Professional Engineers Board Singapore.
• 8–10 years of construction experience, with 5+ years managing major building/depot projects or LTA projects.
• Demonstrated planning and execution of complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
• Familiar with Singapore codes and standards; readiness to work at Lorong Halus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction works for daily site progress.
• Manage field construction supervisors and plant/equipment supervisors for coordinated task execution.
• Plan and manage temporary works with safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure works align with contract specs, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for effective communication and collaboration.
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings to monitor status, quality, and safety compliance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting project delivery.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement in construction management.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction activities for building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction works for daily site progress.
• Manage field construction supervisors and plant and equipment supervisors to ensure effective coordination and execution of tasks.
• Plan and manage temporary works, ensuring all necessary safety and regulatory requirements are met.
• Ensure construction and equipment installation works are executed in accordance with contract specifications, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies in construction management to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering - Professional Engineer (PE) certification recognized by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore.
• 8 to 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years managing the construction of major building/s or bus depot projects or LTA building projects.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Experience with construction projects in Singapore or similar regions.
• Familiarity with local construction codes and standards.
