• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of daily construction activities to ensure project progress aligns with the approved schedule.


• Manage and coordinate site construction supervisors, plant and equipment supervisors, and site personnel to ensure efficient execution of works.


• Plan, allocate, and monitor site resources while ensuring compliance with workplace safety requirements, statutory regulations, and project specifications.


• Ensure all construction and equipment installation works are carried out in accordance with contract requirements, engineering standards, approved drawings, and applicable regulations.


• Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and effective communication.


• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor work progress, quality standards, and compliance with safety requirements.


• Identify potential project risks, technical issues, and site constraints, and implement appropriate mitigation measures to minimize delays and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering -Professional Engineer (PE) certification recognized by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore.


• Min.8 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years managing the construction of major building/s or bus depot projects or LTA projects.


• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing complex construction projects.


• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.


• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.


• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
