Koh Brothers Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee building projects in Singapore. You will manage daily site progress, coordinate with field supervisors, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with PE certification, 8–10 years of experience, and a proven track record delivering major projects. Location: Lorong Halus; performance bonuses and development opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with PE certification.
• 8–10 years of construction experience, incl. major buildings/depot/LTA projects.
• Experience planning/executing complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of methods, materials and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of construction works for daily site progress.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction activities for building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction works for daily site progress.

• Manage field construction supervisors and plant and equipment supervisors to ensure effective coordination and execution of tasks.

• Plan and manage temporary works, ensuring all necessary safety and regulatory requirements are met.

• Ensure construction and equipment installation works are executed in accordance with contract specifications, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

• Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies in construction management to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering - Professional Engineer (PE) certification recognized by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore.

• 8 to 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years managing the construction of major building/s or bus depot projects or LTA building projects.

• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing complex construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

• Experience with construction projects in Singapore or similar regions.

• Familiarity with local construction codes and standards.
