Job summary

FUCHI PTE LTD is seeking an HR professional to manage work passes, maintain records, payroll, and training coordination across office and site teams. The role requires knowledge of MOM regulations, experience with HRIS, and the ability to handle confidential information while supporting recruitment and employee relations.

Occasional site visits are expected. The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in HRM or related field and at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in construction.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years of HR experience (Construction industry experience is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
  • Experience using HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Willingness to visit project sites when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in applying, renewing, and cancelling work passes and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documents per statutory requirements.
  • Prepare HR letters such as confirmations, promotions and termination notices.
  • Handle employee insurance matters (WICA, GPA, medical benefits).
  • Monthly payroll preparation, overtime checks, and deductions.
  • Coordinate mandatory construction-related training and track expiry dates.
  • Provide frontline HR support and resolve employee concerns and grievances.
  • Support recruitment processes and monitor manpower deployment for sites.
