Job summary

Qualifications

• HR degree or diploma required
• 2-3 years HR experience; construction industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
• Experience managing large manpower pools, including site-based teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in full spectrum of HR functions (end to end) including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, and employee relations
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and industry best practices
• Work on talent acquisition for project and corporate roles, with a focus on construction-specific positions
• Execute initiatives to strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and retention
• Execute HR policies, procedures, and continuous process improvements

Education

Degree/Diploma in HR

2-3 years HR experience
