WHAT is this role about?

As an HR Executive, you will work as part of Mothership’s Corporate Development team to foster a positive and unique work culture and drive the team’s initiatives. You will handle various responsibilities across different HR functions that support our company’s growth.

Key tasks and responsibilities will include

• Driving, co-driving (and eventually leading) HR projects that strengthen culture, engagement and employer branding.
• Managing, co-managing (and eventually leading) at least two core domains within our HR functions.
• Identify/anticipate manpower demands and oversee Mothership’s recruitment efforts and liaise with hiring managers to resolve manpower gaps.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and conduct regular reviews of existing HR processes to ensure continued relevance and efficiency.
• Manage all equipment and workstation purchases, maintenance, and repairs. Coordinate with internal parties (e.g., the crew team) to ensure that all teams are well-equipped for operational success.
• Assist with positioning Mothership as the employer of choice in the media industry via regular showcases and posts about our work and culture on our LinkedIn page.
• Research and propose new ways for Corporate Development to leverage AI to improve, streamline or automate our work processes.
• Work closely with the senior leadership team on scheduling and preparation for company- and department-level town halls and activities.
• Manage ad hoc administrative requests, including sourcing for external vendors to support internal events and initiatives.
• Assist with office operations, upkeep and maintenance (Pantry and general space).
