Job summary

GMP Recruitment Services (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an accounting professional to support the setup, testing, rollout, and enhancement of a new accounting system in Singapore. You will coordinate with vendors and IT teams, process invoices, and assist with month-end and annual reporting, including GST and income tax compliance.

The role requires a Diploma or Polytechnic qualification in Accounting or Finance with 2–5 years of relevant experience and hands-on NetSuite experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Polytechnic qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite is required.
• Strong accounting and finance system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support setup, testing, rollout, and enhancement of the accounting system, including user support, training and adoption activities.
• Coordinate with software vendors, IT teams and users to resolve system issues and support finance system projects including banking integration and Invoice Now implementation.
• Process supplier and subcontractor invoices, petty cash and staff claims, payment batches, and supporting documents to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Prepare financial and management reports for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including reports for Japan Head Office, GST and income tax requirements.
• Support annual audits, GST audits and tax computations whilst assisting management with other accounting, reporting and administrative activities.
