Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Professional certifications (CPA/ACCA/CA) preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years in construction accounting and finance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Manage project-based financial planning, cash flow, and cost control for construction.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closes with accurate statements.
• Develop and monitor internal controls and procedures for the construction sector.
• Partner with project managers to track costs, margins, and profitability across projects.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulators to meet statutory requirements.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for planning.
• Mentor finance team members to build capability and efficiency.
