Job summary

The Supreme Hr Advisory Pte Ltd is urgently seeking a capable administrator to support ongoing construction projects. You will manage documentation, coordinate with multiple teams, and handle invoicing and payments. Experience with ERP systems and construction sector is advantageous.

Location is Gul Drive with transport provided, five-day week. Salary ranges from $2,800 to $3,500 per month, with standard working hours and compliance with ISO and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Construction industry experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing construction projects.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales & Marketing and Accounts to ensure smooth project execution.
• Process customer purchase orders, delivery orders, return forms and other project documents.
• Coordinate equipment testing, maintenance and delivery arrangements with internal teams, customers and vendors.
• Liaise with customers to respond to inquiries, provide clarifications and follow up on project matters.
• Prepare tax invoices, progress claims and statements of accounts, and follow up on outstanding payments.
