Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to drive talent acquisition across Singapore and Australia for construction and engineering groups. You will manage the full lifecycle, from briefing stakeholders to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, balancing blue-collar and white-collar needs.

Partner with subsidiary MDs, HR, and managers to deliver high-quality talent, ensure compliance with safety certifications, and optimize offers and onboarding in a fast-paced, regulated

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience across multiple business units.
• Experience recruiting for blue-collar and white-collar roles in construction/engineering.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements, tickets, licenses and right-to-work documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for SG and AU subsidiaries.
• Partner with Managing Directors, HR and managers to understand briefs and timelines.
• Utilize sourcing techniques to build pipelines for technical, managerial, and trades personnel.
• Conduct competency-based interviews, screenings and reference checks.
