Job summary

China Railway Tunnel Group Co., Ltd. (Singapore Branch) is seeking a Document Controller to support document management for our construction project in Singapore.

You will manage all project documents and ensure proper filing, tracking and archiving according to procedures. Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Degree in engineering or related fields, at least 3 years in document control, and familiarity with EDMS such as ProjectWise or SharePoint, plus strong MS Office skills and good

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant document control experience.
• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Familiar with EDMS systems such as ProjectWise or SharePoint.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage and control all incoming and outgoing project documents.
• Maintain the project document management system (ProjectWise/SharePoint).
• Ensure proper filing, tracking, distribution and archiving.
• Coordinate document submissions between client, consultants and teams.
• Monitor document status, approvals and revisions.
• Maintain document registers, logs and records.
• Support setup and implementation of DMS and archival systems.
• Provide document retrieval and reporting support.
• Assist in preparation of project reports and documentation.
