Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of document control experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of construction document workflows and revision control.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the Project Document Management System (DMS).
• Coordinate document review and approval workflows between stakeholders.
• Ensure latest issued-for-construction documents are available on site.
• Track document revisions and changes with proper authorization.
• Support compilation of as-built documents and final handover documentation.
• Ensure all document control activities comply with standards and requirements.

Strong organizational and documentation skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage high document volumes under tight timelines

Effective communication and coordination skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Education

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
