Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a data analytics-focused role to influence construction policy through Lean methods, data-driven insights, and technology adoption. You will work on collecting and analysing on-site manpower data to inform process changes and productivity improvements across projects.

You will evaluate technologies including workforce management solutions and translate findings into practical frameworks to guide policy development and industry-wide uptake.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related Built Environment discipline.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools or software (e.g. Power BI, Python) is an advantage.
• At least three years of experience on construction projects as a design consultant or main contractor preferred.
