• Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare project reports, progress claims, variation orders, and project documentation.
• Resolve technical and site issues in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Evaluate team and subcontractor performance while driving continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
