Job summary

FU XIANG INVESTMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable Quantity Surveyor to support procurement, tendering, and cost control on construction projects in Singapore.

The role requires coordination with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely material delivery and accurate cost reporting. Responsibilities include evaluating tenders, negotiating contracts, preparing variation orders, and finalizing project accounts.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building/Construction/Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years local relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Purchase construction materials as instructed and requested.
• Track the progress of delivery and quality of materials in accordance with the construction schedule to prevent delays.
• Handle tender process, such as sourcing quotation, analyzing and evaluating for tender costing.
• Assist project manager with the price negotiation and award of sub-contractors.
• Submit and monitor Monthly & final project claims.
• Evaluate & prepare Variation Orders.
• Finalize Project Account with Contractor & Suppliers.
• Manage contractual and project costing matters.
• Other duties as assigned.
