Job summary

You will forecast costs, prepare tender documents, budgets and BOQ, track design changes, and ensure accurate budget projections. Collaboration with clients and site professionals is essential, with strong emphasis on reporting and material sourcing.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant experience, ideally 3+ years in quantity surveying or cost management.
• Experience managing contractual/financial aspects of construction projects.
• Familiarity with tender documents, budgets and BOQ processes.

Responsibilities

• Forecast material costs for the project.
• Prepare tender docs, contracts, budgets, BOQ, and related documentation.
• Track design/construction changes and update budget projections.
• Procure or engage contractors and subcontractors for the project.
• Measure and value work done on site.
• Process payments to subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients and construction professionals (site managers, PMs, site engineers).
• Select and source construction materials.
• Prepare and write project reports.
