RRECRUITER INT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to manage and administer construction contracts across the full project lifecycle in Singapore.

You will review and prepare contracts, monitor milestones and deliverables, handle variations and EOT, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to mitigate risks.

The role demands sharp negotiation, analytical thinking, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant contract/commercial experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, variations, EOT, and contract administration.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced MNC.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer construction contracts through the project lifecycle.
• Review and prepare contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, amendments, and related agreements.
• Monitor obligations, deliverables, milestones, and compliance.
• Handle variations, claims, EOT, and contractual correspondence.
• Review risks and provide recommendations to project management.
• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Consultants, Contractors, and Clients.
• Maintain contract records, notices, and supporting documentation.
• Support negotiations and resolution of contractual disputes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, terms, and regulations.
