Job summary

Rapid Engineering Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced cost/commercial professional to oversee project budgets, cost estimates and commercial reporting in Singapore.

You will monitor expenditure, contract values, variations and overall cost performance to protect project outcomes. The role requires preparing, evaluating and negotiating progress claims, variation orders and contractual claims, plus reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotations and payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in budgets, cost estimates and cost control.
• Ability to prepare, evaluate and negotiate progress claims and variation orders.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations and payments.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering and final accounts.
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, cost estimates, cost control and commercial reporting.
