Job summary

Ace Recruiters in Bedok, Singapore, is seeking a temporary frontline customer service assistant attached to a Community Club in the East. You will handle residents' enquiries, registrations, payments, and government scheme support. Immediate start with duration until 31 December 2026.

Work hours are 9am–6pm, 5 days a week, including a weekend; retirees and students welcome to apply. Strong communication and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service by attending to residents' enquiries, requests and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle daily counter operations, including course registrations, payments, membership applications and other transactions.
• Assist residents with government schemes and community initiatives, including CDC vouchers, Public Transport Vouchers and other assistance programmes.
• Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure efficient counter operations and timely follow-up on outstanding matters.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as directed by supervisors.

Working Hours/Days

Monday to Sunday 9am to 6pm

4 weekdays and 1 weekend, either Saturday or Sunday (5-day work week)

OFF Days: 1 weekday and either weekend
