Job summary

The People’s Association is seeking a Constituency Manager in Singapore to act as an administrator and community facilitator at the GRO level, supporting the formation and development of Grassroots Organisations to promote social cohesion and community bonding. The role collaborates with residents, GRO leaders, volunteers and partners to plan activities that advance PA’s mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement or grassroots development is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to engage diverse residents.
• Nice-to-have: proficiency in a second language and experience in financial administration or procurement.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents and partners to identify ground needs and co-create programmes.
• Plan and execute GRO and divisional activities and national campaigns.
• Support formation and development of interest groups and coordinate volunteer recruitment.
• Attend GRO meetings and provide admin/logistical support; report progress to PA HQ.
