Job summary

The successful candidate will implement SAP/Targetik across new acquisitions, collaborate with overseas teams, and handle audit and tax matters with diligence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• CA with Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong SFRS knowledge and MS Excel.
• Experience with SAP/Targetik and real estate knowledge is advantageous.
• Meticulous, independent worker and good team player.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Consolidation and management reporting in accordance with statutory requirements and company policies.
• Prepare and analyse group financial and management reports; liaise with external auditors for year-end closing.
• Assist in annual audit process and tax filing matters; handle ad-hoc assignments.
• Implement SAP/Targetik in phases for new acquisitions or investment holding companies.
• Liaise with overseas finance team for report submissions and year-end audits.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
