Stamford Land Management Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Accountant to support day-to-day accounting, financial closing, consolidation and reporting for the group. You will work with subsidiaries and report to the Finance team, ensuring accuracy and timely statutory filings.

Responsibilities include full sets of accounts, consolidation, budgets, variance analysis, and liaising with auditors and bankers. A degree in accountancy and 3+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong consolidation and full-set of accounts experience.
• Proficient in financial reporting and close processes.
• detail-oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (FRS) and SGX rules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR and G/L) and prepare journal entries.
• Prepare group consolidation accounts and monitor month-end close.
• Prepare group consolidated budgets and variances.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closings per requirements.
• Prepare Annual Report and other business reports.
• Prepare management and financial reports and monitor against budgets.
• Coordinate bank transfers and liaise with bankers.
• Perform financial analysis and interpret results.
• Coordinate with auditors and corporate secretarial teams.
