Job summary

Mandai Wildlife Group is seeking an experienced senior leader to define and drive the events and programming strategy across its indoor venues and experiences. You will oversee seasonal showcases, exhibitions and IP-based experiences, focusing on sustainability and guest engagement.

You will lead budgeting, partnerships and cross‑functional teams to deliver high-impact programs that drive footfall, revenue and brand equity while upholding Mandai’s conservation ethos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in arts management, marketing, hospitality, events management or related discipline.
• 10+ years in event strategy, programming and production in lifestyle, entertainment, tourism or MICE sectors.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-million-dollar events with marquee partners.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of experiential marketing and guest engagement.
• Experience with integrated venues offering layered edutainment and lifestyle experiences is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Set the 18-month events calendar and programming strategy focused on storytelling, sustainability and commercial relevance.
• Translate insights into an integrated content calendar including IP activations, edutainment and MICE events.
• Lead full programme lifecycle from ideation to post-event review, ensuring alignment with conservation ethos and brand.
• Own budget, resources, procurement and vendor contracting for events and programming.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Commercial, Licensing, Sustainability and Finance for safe, seamless delivery.
• Lead and develop a high-performing events and programming team.
