Job description

Mandai Nature is a successful Singapore-based non-profit conservation organisation jointly set up by Temasek and Mandai Wildlife Group (which manages zoological parks including Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, River Wonders, Rainforest Wild and Bird Paradise). Mandai Nature is the conservation arm of Mandai Wildlife Group and was established with the aim of advancing efforts on biodiversity protection in Singapore and Asia. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Fundraising

Donor Engagement & Stewardship

• Coordinate donor benefits and stewardship activities
• Schedule and coordinate donor tours and visits
• Meet and host donors during tours and visits
• Prepare donor profiles, briefings and stewardship communications
• Track donor follow-ups and benefit fulfilment

Fundraising & Donor Administration

• Maintain stewardship calendars, trackers and donor records
• Conduct donor and prospect research
• Coordinate donor reports, updates and correspondence
• Schedule meetings and record notes and action items
• Support gift records, filing and approval processes

Communications

Content Development

• Draft social media copy & prepare digital assets
• Coordinate content collection
• Assist with newsletter preparation
• Update website content

Social media management

• Manage content calendar
• Schedule social media posts

Internal & External Communications

• Assist with drafting of updates for internal meetings
• Assist with updates for external stakeholders e.g. Temasek Trust and regional partners
• Manage ad hoc communications requests
• Coordinate interview, photography and filming requests, including scheduling, briefing materials, stakeholder liaison and on-site support

Event support

• Coordinate timelines and logistics
• Coordinate content, signage, brochures, giveaways
• Liaise with internal teams to gather content and approvals
• Support on-site operations, booth set-up/tear-down, visitor engagement
• Support preparation of event photos and highlight reel

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Non-Profit Management
• 1-2 years’ experience in communications, fundraising/stakeholder management, events
• Donor engagement and stewardship coordination
• Strong administration and project managemen
• Strong writing and editing skill
• Social media management experienc
• Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint and basic design coordination
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholder
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communications skill
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
