Job summary

Nippon Builders Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quality Control/Assurance professional to lead the QA/QC efforts on construction projects in Singapore.

You will report to the project manager and establish the Project Quality System, ensuring adherence to safety and IMS standards while coordinating with consultants on quality control issues. You will review inspections, prepare reports for RI/BCA TOP inspections, and drive CONQUAS assessments to achieve target QM scores, leveraging your Conquas

Qualifications

• Recognized degree or equivalent required.
• Conquas certification preferred or required where applicable.
• Minimum 3 years of quality control/assurance experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Report to project manager and support project quality system.
• Establish the Project Quality System and monitor its execution.
• Prepare and review reports on QA/QC procedures and inspections.
• Coordinate with consultant team on quality control issues.
• Review and prepare reports for Authority inspections (RI inspection, BCA TOP inspection etc).
• Ensure safety & occupational health practices compliance within QA/QC.
• Implement IMS safe work methods on site and ensure safety standards.
• Coordinate CONQUAS assessment preparation and execution.
• Aiming to achieve desired CONQUAS and QM scores across works.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Report to project manager.

• Report on operational procedures relate to quality and provide improvements to the project quality system.
• Liaise with consultant team on quality control issues.
• Review and prepare reports on Authority inspections (RI inspection, BCA TOP inspection etc).
• Responsible for the compliance of safety & occupational health practices to be implemented at QA/QC Section.
• Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods.
• Application to CONQUAS Assessment.
• Ensure the quality of all works to reach the desired CONQUAS and QM scores.

• 3 years of quality control/ assurance experience in construction industry
