Job summary

WeAreAspire is seeking a commercially driven leader to build and scale a Conferences vertical from the ground up in Singapore. You will identify market opportunities, launch standout event platforms, and unlock new revenue streams while reporting to senior leadership.

You will shape growth, forge strategic partnerships with government bodies and industry leaders, and lead a team to execute from ideation to scale, building proprietary IP and sustainable revenue models.

Qualifications

• Seasoned leader with track record in conferences/events/experiential industries.
• Proven ability to launch and grow revenue-generating event platforms.
• Strong commercial mindset with execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute a growth strategy for the Conferences vertical.
• Conceptualize and launch conferences, summits, forums, and immersive experiences.
• Forge strategic partnerships with government bodies, industry leaders, sponsors, and content creators.
• Create proprietary event IP and scalable revenue models.
• Drive business development, sponsorship, and partnership deals.
• Evaluate new ventures, collaborations, and investment opportunities.
• Build and lead the team and capabilities needed to scale the business.
