Job summary

Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN) seeks a Manager, Content to lead research, development and delivery of content programmes for its global forums. You will identify emerging industry themes, build programme agendas and secure senior speakers from public and private sectors.

The role demands a strong grasp of financial services, FinTech and emerging technologies, with the ability to translate complex developments into engaging conference discussions.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in conference production, agenda programming, editorial research or industry intelligence.
• Proven track record of producing content for business conferences, industry forums or executive roundtables.
• Strong knowledge of financial services, FinTech and emerging technology trends.
• Ability to build conference agendas and secure senior speakers, including C-suite executives and regulators.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; can simplify complex topics without losing accuracy.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in an international, travel-enabled environment.

Responsibilities

• Research developments across financial services, FinTech and emerging technologies and identify timely topics for GFTN’s forums.
• Produce briefs, topic proposals and content recommendations translating complex developments into engaging themes.
• Lead content strategy and programme architecture for assigned forums and curate agendas reflecting industry and audience needs.
• Develop session titles, descriptions, discussion angles and formats (keynotes, panels, fireside chats, roundtables).
• Manage production timelines from research to final delivery and ensure accuracy and balance in materials.
• Identify, secure and manage senior speakers, including CEOs, policymakers and regulators; coordinate briefings and on-site support.
• Run briefing calls with speakers, ensure sessions are substantive, and adjust content as needed.
• Conduct post-event reviews to capture insights for future programmes.
