Job summary

GFTN SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks a Manager, Content to lead research, development and delivery of content for global forums. You will translate complex fintech and policy developments into engaging conference narratives, working with industry leaders, policymakers and tech players.

You will own end-to-end content from briefs to speaker coordination and on-site delivery, shaping sessions and formats for impactful discussions across international events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (finance, business, economics, policy, technology, journalism, communications).
• 5–8 years in conference production or editorial research with demonstrated content for business forums.

Responsibilities

• Research industry topics across financial services, FinTech and tech trends.
• Lead content strategy, session narratives and agendas for forums.
• Identify, secure and manage senior speakers, including C-suite and policymakers.
• Coordinate on-site content delivery and post-event review.
