Job summary

CELECTI PTE. LTD. on behalf of a leading public healthcare organisation in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist for its Community Health team.

The role includes home visits and community-based programmes, delivering holistic patient care through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Requirements: recognised Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy, AHPC registration with Practising Certificate, minimum 3 years’ experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Recognised Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
• AHPC registration with Practising Certificate in Singapore.
• Min. 3 years of relevant physiotherapy experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to understand patients’ physical, functional and environmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualised, evidence‑based treatment plans to support patients’ recovery and independence.
• Set therapy goals with patients and caregivers, and monitor progress using appropriate outcome measures.
• Provide physiotherapy services through home visits and community‑based programmes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, community partners and caregivers to deliver holistic patient care.
• Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and Allied Health students.
• Support education, training, quality improvement and research initiatives.
• Contribute to service planning and interdisciplinary projects where required.
• Travel independently within the community to conduct patient visits and support community health programmes.
