Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification preferred.

Job description

Salary Range: SGD 3,800 – SGD 6,500 per month (Commensurate with experience)

Recruit123 is currently partnering with an established healthcare institution and rehabilitation center to hire a dedicated Physiotherapist.

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver comprehensive, patient-centric physical therapy services, optimize functional recovery, and enhance quality of life across acute, sub-acute, or outpatient rehabilitation settings.

What you will be doing:

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating physical impairments, formulating evidence-based therapeutic treatment plans, and executing clinical interventions across diverse caseloads (including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, or geriatric rehabilitation).

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive physical assessments, administering manual therapy, prescribing personalized therapeutic exercise regimens, and utilizing advanced rehabilitation modalities.

You will evaluate mobility and prescribe appropriate assistive gait devices, educate patients and their families on home management and injury prevention strategies, and monitor functional progress toward rehabilitative goals.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary care teams—including doctors, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and medical social workers—maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with AHPC standards, and participate in continuous clinical quality improvement programs.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking candidates with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution, alongside valid registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore (Full or Conditional Registration).

You should have at least 1 to 3 years of clinical practice in a hospital, rehabilitation center, community care facility, or private outpatient clinic setting (open to fresh graduates eligible for AHPC registration).

Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is preferred. You must demonstrate sound clinical reasoning, strong hands-on therapeutic skills, compassionate patient engagement, and the communication ability to motivate individuals through their rehabilitation journey.
