Qualifications

• Experience in R&D or product development.
• Knowledge of green concrete / SCM materials (fly ash, slag).
• Experience with batching plant operations.
• Experience with other building materials (flooring, epoxy mortar, injection, waterproofing).

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize concrete mix designs for ready-mix, precast, and high-strength applications.
• Conduct laboratory trials and testing (slump, compressive strength, setting time, durability).
• Evaluate and approve raw materials such as cement, aggregates, and admixtures.
• Perform plant trials and ensure smooth transition from lab to production.
• Troubleshoot concrete-related issues at plant and construction sites.
• Provide technical support to production and project teams.
• Analyze test data and prepare technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Research and develop new products and sustainable concrete solutions.
