Job summary

Mighty Jaxx International Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Concept Artist to bring product concepts to life within a team of pop culture enthusiasts.

You will research, design, iterate, and create collectible product visuals that resonate with fans, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals and timelines. Ideal candidates have a strong art portfolio, experience with Photoshop, familiarity with Illustrator or 3D software, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Art or related program.
• Portfolio demonstrates strong aesthetics and range.
• Familiarity with character design processes (turnarounds, reviews).
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Illustrator or any 3D software bonus.
• Good appreciation of pop culture and the collectible scene.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available from August 2026 onwards for a minimum of 3 months.

Your Role

Concept Art is a big part of the Mighty Jaxx creative process. Through visually impactful executions, the concept artist brings to life product concepts that are highly sought after by our fans. As a concept artist, you are part of a team of creatives that are passionate about pop culture and collectibles and constantly looking to create innovative and delightful experiences for our audience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other creative functions in researching, designing, iterating, and creating great collectible products for Mighty Jaxx
• Support cross-functional needs within the designated business unit to ensure the success of the product
• Be aware of wider business goals and proactively look to align the design out with these goals
• Be aware of wider collectible trends and products and have it informed the creative process

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Art or related program, in an institute of higher learning
• A portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of aesthetics and range
• Familiarity with character design processes (turnarounds, reviews)
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop
• Familiarity with Illustrator, or any 3D software would be a bonus
• A good appreciation of pop culture and the collectible scene
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Available from August 2026 onwards for a minimum of 3 months
